L’accordo tra la Comunità europea e il Regno di Danimarca concernente la competenza giurisdizionale, il riconoscimento e l’esecuzione delle decisioni in materia civile e commerciale (1) , firmato a Bruxelles il 19 ottobre 2005, entrerà in vigore il 1 o luglio 2007, conformemente all’articolo 12, paragrafo 2, dell’accordo.
